Staffing Structure/Chain of Responsibility

Directors

Christine (Chris) Brown and Tina Corcoran

The directors are jointly responsible for overseeing the implementation of all our published policies and procedures affecting the organisation itself and your engagement with us and your admission to our courses.

Chris Brown – is also a tutor and the L5 HPD Coordinator and jointly responsible for teaching, assessing applications and conducting interviews for enrolment on the HPD Course.

Tina Corcoran – is also a HPD Tutor and the Level 1-3 & L6 Courses Coordinator, she is also jointly responsible for teaching, assessing applications and conducting interviews for enrolment on the L5 HPD Course.

Linda Hafez – HPD Tutor/Supervisor - works with and liaises directly with the Directors.

Tutors/Consultants/Specialists/Supervisors
Our team of tutors, consultants, specialists and supervisors hold visiting tutor status with us and are responsible for the smooth delivery of the courses they run, provisions they provide and/or the sessions they teach. They consult with the Directors.

Skills Feedback Consultants
Are not tutors but laisse with students and classroom assist the Lead Tutors on the relevant courses they are attached to.

Administrators
Are responsible for the administration requested by other staff member and/or the Directors. Will also assist students with admin tasks.

Reception Staff
Will assist you with basic services such as photocopying.

Study Buddies
Are peer mentors and are not tutors but can provide you with additional support on your course, if requested (and available).
